xbusctl shows an empty list

In some case xbusctl display an empty list with no error message while there should be some process listed.

On the server side, we can observe the following errors:

2020/02/03 17:28:20 nrpc: response publish failed: nats: maximum payload exceeded
2020/02/03 17:28:20 nrpc: error publishing response: nats: maximum payload exceeded

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
