id-less events refused by xbus-http

When posting an envelope with ID-less events, xbus-http fails with:

Error sending envelope: status=500, body:Internal Error ‘SERVER error: First Event must have an ID’

Xbus version: 3.1.0-beta.2

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
