Images are no longer supported with libreoffice 6.1

If you run the /example/example_dynimage.py with libreoffice 6.1, the images are not part of the result. At the place we have a Read Error message read_error_image.png

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
