 remove old 11.0 todo, remove description from manifest as Odoo uses readme by default and they are the same

This allows matching accounting entries that were on the wrong account but the
partners of which have been modified later on.

* No accounting entry search when no accounts/partners (otherwise attempts to
  fetch every entry in the DB).
* Sync filters between account type / account / partners.

reconciliation, for these contain errors.

the account consultation wizard.

It used to only be applied onto from / to period filters previously.
