Refactored code to replace get_object with _xmlid_to_res_id and
get_object_reference with _xmlid_lookup for resource ID retrieval and bound
dimension ID assignment.

Also add a nice method to get the field name from a structure.
Also fix some restructured text formatting.

Upgraded the module version.
Updated the change log.

fields in their views, to adapt the code to Odoo 13.

This way Odoo does not have to do it; it would otherwise display warnings when
parsing code blocks.

These fields will be renamed when used.
When not used however, we don't want these names to lead to "multiple fields
have the same label" warnings.
