Add an "Add to the alert dashboard" command into the "Favorites" menu as the
"board" Odoo addon now only supports 1 dashboard.

Define the board alert email template on "user" objects instead of "board" objects; this makes the email template more regular and, in particular, allows the "preview" feature to work.
