Xbus Consumer/Worker

Description

Provide entry points for xbus-odoo to indicate to Odoo that messages have arrived and needs to be handled.

The data is stored in the xbus_envelope and xbus_message tables.

This addon goes along with Xbus 3 and xbus-odoo.
