 also copy setup files to odoo_setup (removing symbolic links) so that it can be included in  Dockerfiles

The code was still using old API, updated it.

And also avoid sleep, just restart odoo after installing modules

For example, allow ignoring odoo-mint/theme when expanding odoo-mint-hr.
 Change list_modules command to output in the console when used.

Name like mint-hr made it crash

The file does not contain code

Also create target directories in docker_build_copy and update readme
