Fix images rendering with lowriter>=6.1

Created originally on Bitbucket by lmi (Laurent Mignon)

Was already merged in Bitbucket before import, marked as merged by the import user

lowriter 6.1 requires that images are put into a "Pictures" sub directory. Before this change, images were stored at the root of the archive.
